My family and myself have been coming to the Welcome Park for the last 13 years and cannot recommend it enough. The facilities are excellent as is the location - the staff are wonderful and there is sooo much to do in and around the area.

We returned today from the Welcome Family Holiday Park. We stayed in the top tier holiday home on this site and it really is the best I/we have ever stayed in. The entertainment was brilliant and the beer not just a reasonable price, but was a nice pint as well, the site was clean, the staff polite and interested in you, the customer, even at this late stage in the year. We will return and will recommend this site to one and all.

Had a week away in September with our teenage son and his girlfriend so the park facilities were great for them, while we curled up with the TV after a day out and about, they went to the shows and had a great time on their own. The accommodation was very good and I would certainly book a Casita home again.

We came to Dawlish Warren last year, we were so impressed with the high standards that we encountered by all staff and the high standards of cleanliness, we booked again for this year. We yet again enjoyed our holiday. The usual extremely high standards were there. The evening entertainment was also exceptional. Many thanks to all the staff for yet again an exceptional holiday! We had a fantastic holiday - the Casita Spanish style lodge we had was very spacious, clean and well furnished. The site was well situated near shops and cafes/takeaways and only a short walk to Dawlish Warren pleasure beach. The entertainment in the club was first class and all the bluecoats were extremely talented and put on an exceptional performance every night of the week. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend other people to visit the Welcome Family holiday site in Dawlish Warren.

We have been to Welcome 4 years in a row now - quite a recommendation on its own for a family of 6! We have a teenager and three little ones, and they all have a ball every year. Welcome has something for everyone, and we all have a fabulous time. So much so that, when we offered our brood the choice between Welcome and a foreign holiday this year, they all screamed "Welcome", to a man!

Absolutely superb accommodation and facilities, the pools and playground area fantastic to entertain children of all ages regardless of weather conditions, food was of a high quality and we found all staff to be really helpful, my family and I will definitely visit again (hopefully this year)

Beautiful site, everything you could possibly need for a great holiday was within 5 minutes walking distance! The Casita accommodation was fantastic, and the pool and entertainment was great. We will definitely be back!!

We thought the Casita lodge was a very good size overall. The lounge was spacious and all 3 bedrooms were a good size. All in all we we're very impressed and thought it very good value for money. The park is very well named as " Welcome Family " as the children were all very well catered for and the entertainments team all very good with them. A very enjoyable week.

The checking in & out time . I understand the accomodation has to be cleaned however 4 pm is a full day off your holiday , as is the 10 am checking out time . Other than this we had a great time. Could you improve our British weather !!! HaHa.

The entertainment was fabulous and it was a real treat that all the entertainment is provided by the entertainment team themselves. My 2 daughters aged 2 and 5 were very impressed and the standard of the Casita we stayed in was fantastic, very spacious and a home from home. We will definitely be back.

Just come back from a bank holiday weekend stay at the Dawlish Warren Welcome Family Park and have had an absolutely fabulous time! We stayed in a Casita, which was excellent and perfect for our party of 6. Evening entertainment was faultless and our 3 year old and 6 year had an amazing time. The location of the park was perfect, with only a short walk to the beach and all the staff at the park were really welcoming and friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will certainly come here again. Could possibly say this was my best UK holiday.!

All the general staff are helpful and friendly, and the entertainments team are amazing. The park is clean, tidy and brightly painted, and there are lots of activities provided by the park, rain or shine. A great place and lots of fun!

We felt like we were abroad as the streets were lined with families taking a holiday. You have loads to do outside of the park and everything is somewhere off the A379, so travelling anywhere is simple.

You cannot fault the location of the park as it is situated around the corner from the beach, and also the train station for days out. You can also walk along the beach wall to Dawlish - all ideal!

The Cassita accommodation is really fantastic - well laid out, extremely comfortable with plenty of both living and storage space. Small features such as the door to shut off the bedrooms, having a separate bath and shower and being able to pass things from the kitchen directly to the dining area really made a difference. The heating was very effective - which we needed with the weather we had! The location is very good, with the beach an easy walk away. The children's play area on the site was also very well designed. It was enclosed with separate areas for younger and older children. The layout of slides, tunnels and swings was good and there were also some more unusual features - such as dinosaurs and planes to ride on. Our 20-month daughter loved it.

It was absolutely fantastic - this is our 2nd time at Welcome Family in Dawlish Warren and we will be returning. This year we splashed out on a Caisti and it definitely had the wow factor as it was very large and the standard of fittings was very high. We also greatly enjoyed the entertainment once again. Your bluecoats under the management of Mark and Liz are absolutely fantastic and the evening shows are so excellently staged and the bluecoats are wonderful at singing and dancing and entertaining the little ones. It really was a fab holiday - thank you!!

I wish to commend Hoseasons for their efficient booking and confirmation procedure. The accommodation was absolutely excellent and we thought that it would be no great hardship to live in such a unit on a permanent basis! There are virtually all the facilities required in the immediate area and more within reasonable reach.
